ProLite is proud of our more than 30 years manufacturing the world’s finest pickleball paddles.

If you are having an issue with one of our paddles and would like to return it for repair or exchange, please give us a bit of information below, (please note you will be required to pay shipping costs). All of our paddles have a 1-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects, materials or a problem with the workmanship, along with a 1 year "no dead spot" warranty. Sorry, but this warranty does not transfer, apply to discontinued models, nor does it cover a paddle that has been modified from its original form, normal wear, abuse, or wear on the face of the paddle from play. If it is decided that ProLite will not cover your paddle due to negligence, normal wear, or deemed not the fault of ProLite, we will provide the customer with a one-time 25% off coupon code.
