Yes, ProLite does ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Can my order be delivered to an international address?
Yes, with some restrictions. Please call 888-775-9615 or email us for assistance. Free shipping and flat rate shipping offers do not apply. All duties and shipping fees are paid for by receiver. All shipments are FOB Port Washington, WI.
Once I place my order, how quickly does it leave the ProLite warehouse?
Orders are processed for shipping Monday - Friday. Orders that are placed on a major holiday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day for shipping.
Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours for all in-stock items.
If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, a ProLite Customer Service Representative will contact you immediately. Please note this may delay shipping time.
Shipping times may also vary depending on the shipping method.
What carrier is used to ship my order?
ProLite uses USPS as its standard carrier for all US deliveries. UPS may also be used at the discretion of ProLite. You can also let us know if their is a preference.
Please note, signature service is not required with deliveries. If you would like ProLite to require signature service, please contact us immediately at 888-775-9615 or you may include a note with your order at the time of submission.
How does my order qualify for Free Shipping?
All orders over $45.00 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is only available to the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offers.
I need my order quickly, can I expedite my shipping?
Yes, you may select from a variety of shipping methods explained to you by a representative, but must phone us first and speak to our sales dept. at 888-775-9615.
Shipping fees for air service will vary depending upon the destination, package size/weight and the selected service.
The receiver is responsible for all shipping fees that may apply when choosing air service.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email alerting you that your order has shipped and a link to track your package will be included. Please add email@example.com to your address book to ensure proper delivery of emails from ProLite.

Within 30 days of your purchase you can return your new unused paddle for a full refund. All paddles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Paddles that have been misused or abused are not eligible for refund/exchange. We may ask for a photo depicting the paddle issue.
